Finland is not an intermediate form between neighbouring countries but instead of it's own kind

Quite often foreigner guess that smaller countries are intermediate forms between neighbouring countries on either side, but at least in Finland that is not so. Finland is of it's own kind and it may be that also elsewhere in the world counties develop each into theor own direction, since if one lives in one country but is not fitted to it's culture in some respect, one starts to search for a better place for a person with such an understandable and well motivated characteristc, and usually one first searches also from the neighbouring countries, and so they have some pressure to turn to well understandable valued opposites of some characteristics of the neighbouring countries, like Finns have for example good quality rationality of one's own supported by civiliced wisdom and complete freedom of individuals inside the rules civiliced wisdom gives.

11th of May 2024   Foreigners often mistake that Finland ought to be like Sweden and copy from it's culture. They think tgat since both are small countries in North Europe, they ought to be alike. But since 1100's, since the times when a Finnish peasant? Lalli, still much wise in nature's ways, killed a Swedish bishop on the ice of a lake or the sea, who was bringing much too unwise culture to Finland, it seems so that for already about a thousand years Sweden has been starting invading Finland culturally. And so Finland has at some times been under Swedish rule, many of the inhabitants even of Swedish origin, but Finland as a geopolitical location is so different, that the Swedish cannot recognize those who were originally Swedish. If one looks at the map, Sweden is a small country separated from Norway by a mountain range in between, and from the other nations by the sea and by the mostly uninhabitated north. So who actually needs to defend Sweden? On the other hand, Finland is a quite small country between Russian and a bay of the Atlantic sea. So very many would pay attebtion to what it affects the world politics if Finland were invaded by some groups and in which ways it was invaded and what is the world situation then. Since such matters do affect the countries a lot, Finland is in character a different location from Sweden, and if those were of the same country, the parts would meet different kind of attention and different demands on the culture there.
