I made an internet search for "fine districts with local charm and high achievements", wishing that my blogs or books could offer such strenghts to those interested in creating such places or in developing just these kinds of strenghts maybe a lot.
If one wants more local type of life instead of high sounding achievements, there is for example the blog "Weather skills for all climates" at WeatherSkills.BlogSpot.com (at least https://weatherskills.blogspot.com/2024/06/weather-skills-advice-for-all-climates.html and https://weatherskills.blogspot.com/2024/06/weathers-like-wines.html ) which maybe could work better with local birds somehow informed of it too
