Finnish negotiation skills

Finns have a tradition of peaceful democracy even if people in Finland have very different interests and Finns associate quite lot also with foreign lands. This blog teaches also these negotiation skills:
1) The basic way of talking for different endeavours and finding a place for them in the society or world, is rationally grounded moral: doing useful things : http://finnishskills.blogspot.fi/2013/04/rationally-grounded-moral.html
2) A good way to solve problems and find peaceful arramgements is "Live and let others live" i.e. it is ok to be selfish in ways positive for happy life but not to mess with the lives of others, except fairly is ok. : http://finnishskills.blogspot.fi/2012/10/live-and-let-others-live.html
3) A good basic rationality, for both schooled thoughts and other areas life, is taught in my thinking course: a landscape like view which sees structures accordin to common sense : http://finnishskills.blogspot.fi/2012/10/thinking-with-view-of-whole.html
